Prices

All rates are quoted in AUD and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax). Our ABN number is 71 317 455 970. All prices are subject to availability.

Deposit

Valid credit card details will be required to confirm bookings. Please note that credit card details are taken as a guarantee of a booking. Full payment will be charged to the credit card within 7 days prior to tour date. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card fees may apply.

Amendment and Cancellation Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. Each booking is also conditional on Darr River Downs securing the minimum number of bookings required to operate the tour.

In the event that a cancellation is required by Darr River Downs, a full refund will be made or the tour rescheduled to another date. To cancel or amend a booking due to an unexpected situation, please contact Darr River Downs directly.

Failure to arrive on the reserved tour date will incur a 100% penalty charge.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all guests take out Travel Insurance that will cover guests in case of emergencies.

Dietary Requirements

Any requests for special dietary requirements need to be advised at time of booking. Darr River Downs will endeavour to accommodate these requirements.

Health

You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel.

Tours include short walks over uneven ground and including steps. It is recommended that persons have a good level of fitness.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Darr River Downs both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever. They shall not be held responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.

Persons acknowledge that they are attending a tour on a privately owned property. Darr River Downs assumes no liability for persons who have deviated from the tour.

Darr River Downs may either refuse to allow persons on the tour or expel persons from the tour if they pose a hazard to themselves or other persons on the tour or in the event that a person commits any illegal act. In any such circumstances, Darr River Downs will not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.
